2. I will send you a personalised email and message on the app to welcome you, once I have the forms from you I can create your nutrition plan and send you the link and code to book classes at The Hut
3. I'll let you know our first zoom call with the team so I can explain everything and go over any questions you have to get started

Flexible Nutrition
Your sample meal plan will be personalised to you by Tara who will work out your calories and macros.
We don't believe in restrictive diets, supplements, meal replacement shakes, magic pills or potions. We want your nutrition to be fun and sustainable, that's what makes it stick.
We want to keep you feeling full, while optimising your body's ability to burn fat so you are not bloated, you are not hungry and you have the energy you need to get the body of your dreams.
There is nothing wrong with some chocolate or even a glass of wine.
Classes
You have access to all classes during the 8 week challenge.
We will work closely to perfect your technique, and help you progress in the gym to build strength, build muscle and drop body fat.
Coach Support
You'll be able to talk with your coach throughout the 8 week challenge via our training app and support each other in our group chat.

Thanks to Tara's help and classes I'm starting to have confidence in my body. I have two young children and for the past 3 years I've worked nights and slowly gained weight. Do I need to come to a class every day?No, we recommend at least 3 per week or you can do our online workouts

Do I get a meal plan?You don't get a set meal plan to stick to but we show you how to set your calories and you have access to meal plans showing different calories along with recipe books

Do I have to cut carbs?No! We don't believe in yo yo dieting or restriction! You do not need to cut out carbs to lose weight, these are actually important for training and recovery
