Our training programmes are primarily designed to burn body fat, burn calories and tone and tighten the major muscle groups of the body - stomach, bum, thighs, back, upper arms

 

Everything is designed to get the most effective results from the most efficient use of time. You can see dramatic changes from just consistently doing 3 x 60 min workouts per week meaning you can get an incredible body transformation without spending hours in the gym or having to do boring cardio.

BODYFIT NUTRITION

Our nutrition coaching is based around sound, proven principles to ensure that your body is fueled with the right macro-nutrients (Protein, Carbs & Fats (and water)) to function effectively and has the right quantities of those nutrients to reach your goals.

 

We’ll re-educate you to develop new nutrition habits and to change the way you think about food.  We’ll teach you how eating to reach your goals can be exciting and hassle free and still give you the flexibility to enjoy some treats from time to time without feeling guilty.
